This project was very interesting. Unfortunately the client had been scammed by his previous builder and was out quite a bit of money for a very unique home.

Most likely the builder underestimated the cost of this home and walked off the job and would not share the drawings. I ended up creating an entirely new plan that worked with the topography of the home and will hopefully cost a reasonable amount.
