A townhouse design for the Marina Club at the Austin Country Club was an exciting challenge. The difficult part was the ACC, they liked to work with one builder and one architect.
The client, Marilyn Rabkin, wanted to use thier own builder and me as the Architect. We worked through the restrictions, and complied with the ACC requirements.
